American Backplane's first entry
into the contract manufacturing market was via a telecommunications
backplane, card cage system. The system utilized high-density
press fit and soldered connectors, a cardcage, mini coax
inter connects, and a twenty layer backplane. This system
was supplied to our customer completely tested.

is just another example of American Backplane's advanced
technology.
